THE LOCKER ROOM

Life Design + Performance Coaching for former athletes who want to choose what deserves their drive and go after it without their whole life feeling like work.

or something like Life Design + Performance Coaching for former athletes to pursue what they’re capable of without needing the next achievement to feel successful.

You’ve been called many things in your life. Hard-working, disciplined, intimidating, inspiring, maybe even blunt.

I’ve got some for you that others don’t see: UNDERWHELMED. BORED. LOST. DOUBTING YOURSELF.

Since leaving behind your athletic career, you’ve slowly watched yourself lose touch with the feeling of winning and chip-on-your-shoulder confidence that you could depend on more than anything else in the world.

Every year you acheived a goal and felt emptier instead of proud… you pished that feeling aside and kept pushing forward becasue that’s what worked in the past. but recently (or maybe for years and you’ve been ignoring it) you’ve noticed that no matter hwo hard you work, no matter what you acheive.. when you walk into your home at the end of the day you can’t help but shake the feeling that something is missing. and you’re torn between throwing the whole life away, moving ciites, changing jobs, hiring another personal trainer, retrying therapy.. or just ignoring it and pushing harder because you dont have time to deal with this and “you should just be grateful for the life you have and ignore this lack of satisfaction.”

i see you. you are bored by the monotony of life that doesnt challenge you or push you forward. you remember tapping into a flow state in the past and waking up with excitment in your heart the moment your eyes opened (not sayign there werent days you were exhausted and didnt want to be there) but that deeper why pusehd you forward.

the tricky part now is that other people just do not see this . they see somoene who is able to execute and always out-perform the people around you. and the gap between how other people see you, how you think you SHOULD FEEL, and how you actually feel and are experiencing life is widening and deepening. you recognize that if oyu just knew what to work on you’d do anything ot change this but you dont know waht i do.

i do. and the truth is that more work is not going to answer this and you’ve hit a glass cieling when it comes to the 1:1 ration betweek output and reward. there’s another level for you here that involves answering questions around what success means to you, who you are otuside of accomploshment, taking ownershop of your time and learning to prioritize yourself in a world that wants to take your energy.

Can I call you out for a sec?

You’re not lazy.
But you are.. all over the place.

You wake up with 50 things running through your brain before you’re even out of bed.

And then your day goes 100mph.

Work. Coaching.
Whatever the “next” thing is that day.

You’re busy af. But none of it is building you the life you deserve.

You save workout vids on socials.
“I’ll start tomorrow.” *lies*

The worst part?

You know what to do.

You’re just not doing it.

This actually pisses you off more than anything.

Because this simply isn’t who you were.

When you were an athlete, there was no negotiating. You pushed the extra 5%, asked for feedback…

To be straight with you: You handled your shit. And it felt amazing.

Consistency didn’t happen in a vacuum.

There was structure.
There was pressure to WIN.

The difference in your life now?

Everything is optional.

You don’t break promises to other people like this.

I see you— doing just enough to feel “productive,” but not encouraging yourself to actually grow in anything.

Motivation isn’t the answer this time.

You need something that forces you to follow through.

Which is exactly why you’re here.

FAQ / objection handling

Final invitation / CTA

We’ve handled a full schedule, balanced school and sport, and still took care of what mattered…

and then hit a point where we were doing everything we were “supposed” to do, but knew deep down we weren’t close to our potential.

Working harder wasn’t the answer. We needed a sustainable way to follow through every. single. day.

This challenge comes from figuring that out ourselves and applying our insights to the hundreds of former athletes who have worked with us.
